Returns and Exchanges:
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. In the event you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery confirmation. Please contact us to start the return process and we will send you the instructions. You will receive an email response within 48 hours containing a Return/Exchange Authorization Form, return label and shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. When returning your merchandise we strongly recommend that you ship with delivery confirmation.
The return shipping fee belongs to the buyer and there is a $10 restocking fee for each returned product, which will be deducted from the original purchase price. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Once we receive your shipment we will make the refund in 3 -5 days. When returning your merchandise we strongly recommend that you ship via USPS with delivery confirmation.
Jewelry must be returned in received condition and in its original box, along with a copy of the original invoice and the completed Return Authorization form by the deadline stated on the form. Please note that no refunds, returns or exchanges will be processed without these requirements.

If you wish to simply exchange the items you purchased for a different size, color or equally priced item please contact us.

Our 1-Year Guarantee covers Broken string or elastic cord, cracked beads and damaged lock or closure. The buyer is responsible for sending the product for repair. We will repair the product for free. This 1- year Guarantee is valid only for products purchased from the www.dapndonjewelry.com brand website.
This guarantee does not cover damage to products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear, and/or failure to follow the product’s Care Advice.
